Euro will refund your amount in the case of non-delivery of any item you purchased. Once the products have been safely delivered to the customer, Euro will not replace the products or refund the money. If any merchandise you ordered from us is not received in proper condition, is damaged or defective, or is delivered in a different size than what you ordered, you may return the merchandise, unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging with the original tags, for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the date these goods were delivered.
Prior to a refund or replacement, the customer needs to call our customer care for a replacement of items or a refund of money and get the confirmation via email along with a return reference before it is sent back to us.
In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request that you contact our Customer Care team at 1800 123 5001 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.
However, we do accept returns subject to following criteria:
Product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
